The New York Times, predictably, advocates letting topless, half-naked women parade around Times Square in New York City.http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/22/opinion/shirtless-bodies-in-pointless-times-square-war.html
The Times is very wrong about this. There really is a need for laws to protect us from naked people parading in our streets.... even if is unfair to the few who are pleasing to look at.
